Our leadership track is taught by industry leaders who have personally led trans-formative analytics programs in organizations in North America and Africa. The track begins with the strategic business case for analytics and, through a series of education, discussion and planning exercises, covers Balanced Scorecards, KPIs, planning and roadmaps, staffing, and how to manage implementation projects. Through this track, your end goal – becoming data driven to improve business performance – will be clear and actionable.
Tableau Software Training
This developers’ track provides a deep dive into Tableau as an analytics development tool. Pathways International is the only Tableau alliance partner in Kenya and in the region and has certified Tableau trainers. The trainers are also practitioners with real world implementation experience. Participants will get the best hands on Tableau training.
Power BI Training
This is a developers track that will dive deep into Microsoft Power BI development. Pathways International is a certified Microsoft Partner, and has implemented multiple Power BI projects. Users will get hands on experience from our consultants, including tips and techniques to implement effective MS Power BI analytics.

Joel Onditi
Mr. Onditi is the President and CEO of Pathways International, a data management and analytics consulting company with offices and clients in North America and Africa. He has more than 10 years’ experience in systems architecture and development, project management, database and data warehouse architecture, data integration processes, data analytics, big data and IOT technologies. Mr. Onditi holds a Masters degree in Business Intelligence from the University of Denver, Colorado, USA. As a consultant, he has served multiple large US and Canadian companies in developing and operating large scale BI systems in hospitality, telecommunications, manufacturing, financial sectors and for the US government as a federal contractor.
Jed Summerton
Jed is a senior practitioner of data management, business intelligence, and predictive analytics. As a consultant and executive, he has served over 80 companies and non-profits in developing and operating large-scale data-investment programs and analytic systems. His expertise is grounded in his extensive experience as a technical executive in managing best practices and international IT organizations, including at DaVita, GE Capital, Level 3 Communications, Qwest (now CenturyLink) and CaridianBCT (now TerumoBCT).
Bill Inmon
Bill Inmon, recognized by many as the father of the data warehouse, currently sits on our advisory board as our top adviser. Having 35 years of experience in database technology and data warehouse design, he is known globally for his seminars on developing data warehouses and information architectures.
