PATHWAYS INTERNATIONAL LIMITED PRIVACY STATEMENT

Pathways International Limited believes in the importance of thoughtfully handling personal information and is committed to privacy practices that are transparent and compliant with the data protection act 2019. This privacy policy will inform you as to how we look after your personal data that we may obtain from you or about you, and inform you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

What data do we collect?

Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data).

We may collect, store, process, use, and transfer different kinds of personal data about you which we have grouped together as follows:

  • Identity Data includes first name, maiden name, last name, username or similar identifier, marital status, title, date of birth, and gender.
  • Contact Data includes billing address, delivery address, email address, and telephone numbers.
  • Financial Data includes bank account and payment card details.
  • Transaction Data includes details about payments to and from you and other details of products and services you have purchased from us.

We also collect, use, and share Aggregated Data such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose. Aggregated Data may be derived from your personal data but is not considered personal data in law as this data does not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate your Usage Data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific website feature. However, if we combine or connect Aggregated Data with your personal data so that it can directly or indirectly identify you, we treat the combined data as personal data which will be used in accordance with this privacy policy.

We do not collect any Special Categories of Personal Data about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data). Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offenses.

 

How do we collect your data?

The categories of information we collect will depend on your interactions with Pathways International Limited:

Contact data. Name, employer, title, email address, physical address, phone number, and similar contact info, user names, and passwords.

Transaction and financial data. Credit card number, banking information, and billing address.

 

Demographic Information. Employment status, occupation, region. If you participate in a Pathways International Limited innovation focus group, then you will have the option to provide further information, such as gender, race, and age.

Inferred and derived information. Data such as propensities and attributes that Pathways International Limited generates to help us understand you and your preferences.

Transaction and registration information. The information which is generated in the course of your transaction with Pathways International Limited, including account information, logins, passwords, and purchase history. Product registration information, product interest information, transaction information, and in some cases, student verification information. We may also collect registration information related to your attendance at Pathways International Limited events, including travel information, scheduling information, food preferences or allergies, and accessibility requests.

 

Usage and geographic data. Pathways International Limited collects information related to your use of our products, services, and websites. Pathways International Limited works to keep your personal information confidential and secure. In some circumstances Pathways International Limited may share your information with third parties, for example:

  • We provide personal information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with Pathways international to provide us with services. For example, we share contact information with our training and certification partners, consulting partners and service partners, our data storage, customer support, and marketing vendors, and with our software providers. How do we store your data?

Our marketing emails permit you to opt-out of receiving further marketing emails. You may also contact us at customersuccess@pathwaysinternational.com at any time to let us know that you no longer wish to receive marketing emails. If you opt-out but are a current customer, we will still send you transactional emails. Transactional emails are necessary communications about your accounts and our business dealings with you, such as renewals and updates, and, as allowed by applicable law, requests for your participation in surveys.
